Drugs that increase the effects of this medicine include; cimetidine, diltiazem, erythromycin, itraconazole (Sporanox), ketoconazole (Nizoral), metronidazole (Flagyl), sertraline (Zoloft). The following drugs may decrease the effects of sildenafil: carbamazepine (Tegretol) phenytoin (Dilantin) rifabutin and rifamptin For more information about these interactions talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Missed Dose

Follow dosing instructions. This medicine is used when needed and not taken on a regular basis.
